Common questions
Who should apply?
Post-hackathon teams building exclusively on Solana for at least 2–3 months, with a live product, testnet build or credible prototype, and the intent to keep going after the week. MonkeFoundry or Colosseum is welcome, not required.
Do we need to be incorporated?
No. Proof of work, technical progress and founder commitment matter more than formal company status.
Will travel be covered?
No. Seven days of housing, food and coworking at Zo House are. Bring the two founders and the product.
How many people per team?
Up to two core team members, committed for the full week. The cohort is about ten teams, twenty founders.
What does the week look like?
Diagnosis, product and protocol design, security and market structure, users and distribution, then liquidity, capital and legal. Day 6 is unprogrammed build time. Day 7 is a private review. Indian mentors in the room, international mentors on targeted sessions.
Is there a public demo day?
No. The residency stays private and founder-first. Day 7 is a closed progress review for residents and selected people who can offer capital, liquidity, infrastructure or distribution. Public access is limited to one or two curated coworking or product-feedback sessions.
Is there a prize or investment?
A discretionary $2,000 Breakout Grant may go to one or more teams, or be tied to a 30-day milestone. A seat is not a promise of capital or a grant.
What happens after the residency?
Ninety days of follow-on support from Superteam India: introductions, grant guidance, launch amplification, ecosystem events and cohort check-ins. You leave with a 30-day GTM experiment and a 90-day execution plan.
